I made the best brown rice ever the other day. I’m sharing this with you now becuase I’m eating it and its sooo good! I sauteed mushrooms, red peppers and green onions, then I put I can’t believe its not real butter into the water of my rice, added veggies , pepper and Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb… YUMMY!!!
So.. getting my eating back to a normal serving size has been a bit of a struggle! Ive made a decision that I will be competing at the Emerald Cup April 28th so Ive started my diet again. I’ve found the one thing that has been cutting my sugar cravings at night is having protein pancakes in the morning with 1/4 c. sugar free syrup. Ill be posting on the weekend a few of my favorite recipes with a video of me making it!!!
